1.Eligibility
This offer is open to recipients of the uBriGene (MA) Biosciences (uBriGene) iPSC Reprogramming Kit survey who are at least 18 years old and are located in regions where the promotion is legally permitted. Employees of uBriGene, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2.Redemption
Participants who complete the survey may choose one of the following:
- A 10% discount on their next purchase of the uBriGene iPSC Reprogramming Kit. The 10% discount can be applied to a single order of the iPSC Reprogramming Kit. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.
- A $30 Amazon.com gift card. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided upon survey completion. The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
3.Survey Completion Requirement
