Description

Looking for a specialist well versed in market research and inside sales. A typical career path would be 2-3 years in this role, then a potential junior BD role as the company continues to grow. 


The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead Generation (25%) – Keep a pulse on the market through research and industry news and newsletters. Identify market trends and prospect news, using the research information to extract the right point of contacts (decision makers). Add the decision makers into CRM and lead database. The goal in this role is to generate as many leads as appropriate, which would give us a clear insight of the market and better sales forecasts.

  • CRM Administration (25%) – Maintain and input leads in the company’s CRM and feed the sales pipeline. Own the CRM system, in regards to correct data, current leads, updated contact info and project status. The goal in this role is to provide database integrity and accuracy, and to prevent “junk in, junk out” effect. Create reports regarding sales pipeline.

  • Inside Sales Support (45%) – Work with the BD team to develop sales email templates. Automate the email communications when possible, and manually execute email communications if needed. The goal in this role is to help BD team generate sales interest through inside sales activities. Therefore, it allows the BD team to focus more on closing and less on cold calling.

  • Other Sales Support (5%) – Support conference/tradeshow, i.e., manage the booth and other sales related support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing or similar subjects. Biology/Biochemistry background is a plus.

  • At least 1 years’ experience in sales support/customer service role. Experience with CRMs.

  • Able and comfortable to communicate with clients, passionate about sales

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred
