Duties and responsibilities:
In charge of the molecular biology CRO business development in North America. Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
Develop the sales strategy and establish the sales systems and procedures in North America.
Undertake market research, competitors’ analysis, customers’ feedback, and new market developments.
Communicate and provide professional advice to the customers in time and prepare contracts
Provide regular marketing and BD reports
Coach and train junior employees
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology and similar disciplines
At least 3-5 years sales experience in life science industry. Familiarity with research institutes and universities’ labs.
Good interpersonal skills and clear thinker
Creative and passionate in sales, able to work under pressure
Willing to travel in North America
