This position can be done remotely in North America. Candidate’s work experience, capability, and results are crucial.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • In charge of the molecular biology CRO business development in North America. Meet and exceed annual sales targets.

  • Develop the sales strategy and establish the sales systems and procedures in North America.

  • Undertake market research, competitors’ analysis, customers’ feedback, and new market developments.

  • Communicate and provide professional advice to the customers in time and prepare contracts

  • Provide regular marketing and BD reports

  • Coach and train junior employees 


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology and similar disciplines

  • At least 3-5 years sales experience in life science industry. Familiarity with research institutes and universities’ labs.

  • Good interpersonal skills and clear thinker

  • Creative and passionate in sales, able to work under pressure

  • Willing to travel in North America
