Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
· Work with media partners to create promotional campaigns.
· Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
· Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email, and print collateral.
· Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
· Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
· Develop giveaways and maintain inventory.
· Support the BD & sales team by providing marketing materials, lead generation support, and sales enablement tools.
· Assist in the management of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
· Support with office admin tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Major in life sciences is a plus.
· Proven work experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Data-driven approach to decision-making and ability to interpret marketing metrics.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic understanding of design principles.
· English & Mandarin bilingual is a bonus.
