AAV Packaging

AAV (Adeno-associated virus) is a parvoviridae virus belonging to the genus Dependoparvovirus. It has a simple structure which is replication-defective, non-enveloped viruses with single stranded DNA. AAV exhibits high tissue specificity, good transmissibility, low immunogenicity, high safety and stability compared to other viral vectors. These characteristics make recombinant adeno-associated viruses (rAAV) one of the promising viral vectors for basic research and gene therapy with significant market potential.

uBriGene has established an advanced virus packaging platform with top-quality AAV packaging process. Rigorous quality control and comprehensive process quality management ensure the provision of high-titer and high-purity off-the-shelf and customizable AAV to our clients.
